- 将220V 高频MOSFET 与全部控制和故障保护电路集成在一起的单片IC集成电路
- 较宽的直流电压输入范围(16至75伏直流电压)
- 无损耗集成限流
- 内置的自动重启动保护功能
- 电压控制模式允许75%的占空比,同时提供大于5千赫的环路带宽
- 输入欠压/过压关断保护(符合欧洲通讯标准委员会ETSI标准)
- 可选300/400 kHz操作频率
- 可采用低成本的同步整流
