手机充电器及适配器应用

PI 拥有一系列针对手机充电器及适配器应用的高度集成的离线式电源转换用高压IC。每个IC都在一片晶圆上集成了一个700 V的功率MOSFET、电源控制器及保护电路。其所拥有的产品特色包括电流限制、提高可靠性且具有自动恢复特性的过热关断保护特性、降低EMI的频率调制特性以及降低待机功耗的EcoSmart®技术。
